Product came with limited instructions and missing a part shown. I called Lumens and was provided with a phone number for the manufacturers US office. My electrician called and was given instructions no reputable electrician would follow. He ended up drilling a hole in the center of the ceiling mounting plate (so the wires could safely be connected in the junction box) and used his own mounting hardware as what was provided was woefully inadequate to hold the weight of the fixture. It looks great, but, as it can't be returned, would caution against purchasing.
