Lighting that's ultra-contemporary and ultra-efficient. Inside, the Artemide Altrove 600 Wall/Ceiling Combo has two Prismoptic panels that diffuse the light from the fluorescent bulbs within, while the textural engraved surface of the clear front panel grabs that light and diffuses it further. Two openings on opposite sides of the stainless steel frame allow for wall/ceiling washing.

CRI = color rendering index. This number, which can go from 0 to 100, measures the ability of a light or bulb accurately renders colors. The higher the number, the better, with most quality bulbs these days measuring at least in the 80s.- 0-10V dimming is commonly found in new residential and commercial buildings. The dimmer sends out full voltage to the fixture, while the dimming is achieved by an extra 2 wires between the dimmer and fixture, carrying the signal telling the fixture to dim. Phase or 2-wire dimming is compatible with the wiring and dimmers commonly found in old households. It does not require dimming wires as the dimmer in the wall takes cares of reducing the voltage sent out to the fixture.
