The Cappellini Story
Founded in 1946, Cappellini is now led by Art Director Giulio Cappellini, an accomplished Milanese architect who, over the past few decades, matured the company into a global, innovative design leader. Recognized as a launch pad for emerging designers, Cappellini has realized many of the most iconic products from the likes of Jasper Morrison, Shiro Kuramata, Marc Newson, Marcel Wanders, Patricia Urquiola, Nendo, the Bouroullec brothers and many more.

It rests on black plastic feet, ascending via a tubular metal frame. A small bracket forms the rear legs, bracing parallel metal tubes that support a slim, strong seat of laser-cut sheet steel. Each stool is stackable with others, its balanced, open form providing a sculptural and expressive character.
