Charming, humble, discrete. The Alfi Chair Low Back with Alfi Soft Slip Cover from Emeco pays homage to the classic Parisian brasserie chairs in a simple yet thoughtful design. It’s a Jasper Morrison creation, illustrating his “super normal” aesthetic, one that feels natural, unpretentious. If you’ve strolled down the streets of Paris, you’ll instantly recognize the sweeping curves silhouetting the chair’s seat. The low-key seat is a pleasure on its own but provides a new level of comfort when you fit it with the included upholstered and foam cushioned slipcover. This removable and retrofittable feature proves to be soft on the eyes and the hands. Propping up the seat, reclaimed wood legs add an extra dose of charm in their organic texture.
