Beautiful light, excellent customer service
We recently received and installed our Abeo light fixture and absolutely loved it. It was exactly as described. The photos even matched the stain of the wood perfectly, so the piece matched our decor as expected. Installation was straightforward; product instructions were informative and easy to follow. The fixture casts a warm and diffused downlight; it is not very bright, but we expected this based on the specifications. We have installed it into a room that also has recessed lighting, so the Abeo serves as an accent piece. Overall we are very happy with the purchase. Prior to placing my order, I contacted Lumens Customer Service to obtain additional product information. The customer service agent promptly answered my questions and helped increase my confidence in the purchase. Overall a great purchase. While it was quite pricey, I would still buy another Cerno product again, and I will definitely be using Lumens again for other lighting pieces.
