Designed for use as an enclosed remote transformer, the 100 Watt Enclosed Transformer from WAC Lighting offers a single source to wire multiple runs of low voltage fixtures. It features short and overload circuit protection by reverting to a “hold” position which then automatically resets when the issue is resolved. It also has a soft start technology that extends bulb life by delaying an abrupt inrush of current. It is compatible with Electronic Low Voltage dimmers, so you can have precise control over your lighting scheme.

I've used WAC electronic transformers for several years and am very satisfied with their performance and value. The enclosure is convenient for wiring 12V halogen/xenon lights, compact in size, and easy to install. The 100W transformer is perfect for powering four 20W halogens.

This is a great procudt, It will fit in a two gang switch box which allows it to be hidden in a cabinet. Makes for a nice clean installation

Purchased this transformer to go with WAC button lights and was pleased with its function, its obviously careful and high quality assembly and finish, and even more pleased to be able to install it within view in the back of a cabinet -- not the usual ugly "must hide" transformer!
