An open design sweeping down from a stepped circular canopy, it sends down slim wires to a large, horizontal ring housing holding bright and energy-friendly LED lamping between the sleek aluminum. The lamping is moderated by a translucent diffuser set inside the lower edge, transforming glare into a glow and sending out a warm wash of light below.

Nemo

Nemo was founded in 1993 by Franco Cassina and Carlo Forcolini in Meda, Italy. The official lighting division of Cassina Furniture, the company was established to recreate the lighting pieces that best represented the "Golden Age" of Italian lighting design of the 1960s and '70s, namely those created by the Italian modernist Franco Albini.
