Wynd XL LED Smart Ceiling Fan

We have a Modern Forms fan in our family so I know how nice they are. I ordered another one for our outside patio, it is very nice, but, the installation was probably the worst ceiling fan I've done and I've done a lot! The way the blades slide in the base, trying to line them up and add the metal plate and three screw was ridiculous to say the least. And if you scratch a blade during install, it shows the white plastic underneath, made me quite angry considering how expensive they are. The power and wind production is nice as expected, better than the two off-brands I had installed prior. But the lack of electrical plugs for this price point is questionable. Even our $300 fan from Lowe's had organized the wires into plastic plugs, which was very nice. Seeing the loose wires and bare tips for this fan was surprising.

We were updating our home with a few things and discovered this ceiling fan as a nice update to the family room. This moves the air great, better than the one being replaced, and is very quiet. I have installed/replaced several ceiling fans over the years and this one only has one issue. The instructions can be a bit confusing and there should be an option for installation without the remote control option. If wall switches are already in place for basic functionality, the wiring should allow for that. Other than this small item, it looks and functions great and would highly recommend.

Great product tho it beeps with all mode switches BUT you can reach out to company and they'll remotely stop the beeps

We recently purchased a beautiful 1997 home...unfortunately, it still had the original 1997 fans installed - time for an upgrade! I bought this 5-blade 62" beauty to go in our main living room which is 18 x 20 with 21 ft. cathedral ceiling; a bit of a challenge however the install went well once i found a tall enough ladder to reach the junction box! I love this fan, sleek / modern design with all sorts of options to control it with: wall switch, remote, bluetooth and wifi - if you choose the wifi option, it can sync. with an EcoBee thermostat to be automatically activated to add some HVAC-free cooling if you have the (EcoBee) smart room sensor installed, which I absolutely plan to do! The fan itself is very nice build quality, you can tell from the moment you open the box and start putting it together; I love the high-quality led light panel and genuine frosted glass cover (a rarity these days) that definitely adds a touch of class to his fan. Overall, VERY happy with his purchase and I am sure if will work for many years to come! #sweepstakes
