Slender, graceful, and elegant like a swift-moving gazelle. The Wick Console Table from Hubbardton Forge dashes across one’s walls or furnishings with an unmissable silhouette made by hand. The modern or contemporary home can appreciate the ultra-focused quality of the piece. Artisans start out with a series of steel legs that taper as they reach the floor for a sculptural effect. Adding to this effect is a surface pattern created by the beats of the craftsmen’s hammer. A thick maple wood slab tucks into the edges of the rectangular frame above with razor sharpness. The wood seduces with neutral hues, and grain marks flow from side to side.
