Needs a little better documentation on how to program. But, very good controller.
The solution.

build.com/If you have the wiring, definitely buy the wired wall co trol. Keeping track of a remote often fails. The wall control allows you to control the fan wheneverneeded. You can find the remote later!
Convenient replacement. Added a remote

build.com/Old fan control lasted 18 years so very happy a new "radio control" is still available. Installation of the fan electronics does not require removing the motor (maybe a couple of blades). This one even has a remote along with the wall transmitter. So the wall installation was easy until getting to the final decorative plate screws. NOT for a standard #6 screw! My solution was to re-thread the hole using a 6-32 thread tap.
I love my push button wall switch!

build.com/I love Minka AIR, but I did not like the wall switch that came with my fan, the lever to increase the speed of the fan kept cracking off. After using a paring knife, a few times to increase and decrease the speed of the fan, I decided it wasn't a good idea and I called the manufacturer's customer service line. I was given the 2 part numbers I needed. A receiver and the push button wall switch. I am very happy it works perfectly.
