- Best suited for dry surfaces. Floor temperature should not exceed 85°F/30°C. Don't place rubber items on the rug. Use a rug pad to prevent abrasion on the back. Lift and air out rug to ventilate and keep dry. Sweep, vacuum or shake out to remove dirt and debris. Blot spills with damp, lint-free cloth. Treat stains with spot cleaner. For deep cleaning, use hot water extraction with mechanical brushing. Do not clean with acetone, Pine-Sol, or citrus-based cleaning agents. Do not machine-wash or iron.

Parcel Return
Most items can be returned within 30 days (90 days for Lumens Trade members). All returns must be in new, uninstalled condition with original packaging. Some items have exceptions to our standard return policy.
