Comments about Vega LED Torchiere Floor Lamp

The style and quality of this lamp is great; that's why I ordered it. However, Lumens sent it to us in a box where the lamp was poorly packed, as though it had been returned to them and then sent to us. The lamp had small dents, which are on the back. Not happy about being sent used, damaged merchandise. Contacted customer support with no help. Will not order from this company again.

Quality construction for the price. Cool tap-button to switch between up-light, reading light, and both…or off. Nice light quality; love the room-washing up-light. Works on a wall-controlled switch if you're wired for that (but defaults to full-on…doesn't "remember" your last setting like some high-end lamps). Only downsides: It's not dimmable, but for the price this is no surprise. And the lamp actually gets kind of hot near the bulbs, which is strange for an LED lamp. Oh, and I like that it's pretty tall compared to the market. All-in-all, I'd certainly buy it again.
