Zig zag outlines hug a steel mesh construction folded beautifully by hand. Radiating lines from its beautiful folds jet outwards then stream back in to create a mesmerizing show. The steel mesh is painted, creating dots of creamy texture that showcase the freeing organic inspiration. The firm texture of the material and the handcrafting process guarantee that every fixture is one of a kind. Metal rings keep all the handiwork by craftsmen intact while also adding a sleek accent. Started in 1994 by Arturo Álvarez as “a by arturo alvarez,” the company created handcrafted lights each with unique shapes and details that create a distinctive presence in the home. Always aiming to create “emotional light,” the company was rebranded in 2020 as “a-emotional light.” Based in Galicia of Northwestern Spain, a-emotional light is now lead by CEO Marcos Rioseco and Sales Manager Miguel Martínez with one goal: to make people feel.
