Never received the product. Getting the run around for about 3 weeks to get the part shipped. Each contact, 5 so far, I'm told it will take up to 5 business days to look into the issue. Meanwhile I don't have the product and they are not willing to issue an immediate refund. This company wastes people time and their cr reps by not resolving issues as soon as they are initiatied.
