Comments about Universal Downrod
We ordered a 36" downrod. It says 36" downrod on the packing slip on the box the fan was sent in. The packing tube with the downrod was separate, about 36" long. We had waited a few weeks for the electrician before opening it. Surprise- the downrod was only 17"! I would assume they were out of the 36" so why not send a 17"? I won't be using this company. '
