The description is very inaccurate Their drawings say it's 2" total depth and the description says 2-14" and what we received depth without cover plate is 2.5"

I have ordered a bulk of items including some duplexes with double cover plates. When attempting to exchange it (I was 4 days past the return window) which happens w/ construction timelines, they were not very helpful. They are selling a duplex without a coverplate available and therefore they should be a bit more flexible with the return window. I like working with suppliers who help the people who sell their products. Prado is not one of them.
