Though the light appeared to be sturdy, as soon as I saw it, I knew it was going to be too small to serve as the primary light source for our kitchen island.

I was greatly disappointed by this light fixture--the quality of the light is extremely cold, and unfortunately, the bulb can't be swapped out for a warmer-temperature bulb. After having the light up for less than a month, i decided i would eat the cost and just order a new light fixture.

George Kovacs was born 1926 in Vienna, Austria. After moving to the US, Kovacs was enticed in 1954 to market J.T. Kalmar lamps.
