- Machine wash separately using a delicate, COLD program. Due to the size and weight of this rug, we recommend using a professional laundry service. Do not use a washing machine with a center centrifuge / agitator, as it may damage the rug. Use a mild detergent, and do not use softeners or bleach. Select low spin speed if the rug has braids, fringes or pom poms. Do not leave the wet rug in the washer, as colors may run or stain. Tumble dry at low temperature. Avoid drying in the sun. Do not worry if lint appears, as this is residue fiber produced from cutting the cotton. We recommend regular vacuum cleaning using a low-power suction mode and a high-pile setting. Do not use a beater bar or any other rotating accessories which may damage the pile. We do not recommend the use of floor cleaning robots. If you find any long or loose yarns, cut these using a pair of scissors. Do not pull the yarns.

Parcel Return
Most items can be returned within 30 days (90 days for Lumens Trade members). All returns must be in new, uninstalled condition with original packaging. Some items have exceptions to our standard return policy.

Go to your order →Once approved, we'll email you a shipping label. Simply print, attach to the box and drop off at your local UPS store.
Note: Your refund credit will be issued after the item has been returned and inspected. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
