Elegant
I have a white one. It has a slight grayish white which I find it very pleasing. It adds so much to my living room without overpowering. I have purchased several lamps last few years, but this is the one I'm most happy with. That says much.
Gorgeous!
The lamp is beautiful and really "makes" the room. It's quite large, so it has become the centerpiece of the living/dining room. I would recommend the lamp only for rather large and airy (e.g. high ceiling) spaces, as it really needs that space to show off the arc and shape. We had considered a number of similar options (e.g. Arco), but I really think this one is the best for this type of lamp because the large plate on the floor helps the lamp look more "balanced" rather than contrived. The height/reach is a little on the short side though. So we are considering getting the extension to see if we'd prefer it to be longer/higher. I think the adjustable length, as well as the 300 W power, makes this lamp more versatile than competing lamps should we ever want to use it in a different space. The main negative of this lamp is that it is extremely expensive. So depending on your budget, I think it's mainly worth the price if it's going to command attention in a large room.
Very Cool!
This is a very contemporary and surprisingly substantial lamp. It has a terrific "presence" in our room and casts a light that is warm yet sufficient for tasks and reading. The shade color is a bit more grey than white in the daylight, but not a real problem. This is a very cool lamp for a large space.

Perfect!
Fabulous~~~~~~~~~~
I and my husband were debating for weeks over Alco lamps vs Twiggy and we finally decided to get Twiggy due to its flexibility. We also have extension stems which is really simple to install. One of the best thing about this lamp is that we can adjust the curvature with weights. Also with 3 150 watt bulbs, it is bright enough to light the whole dining area. The Twiggy lamp is over our dining table and it really transformed the whole dining space.
Foscarini
Founded on the Murano island in Venice, Italy in 1981, Foscarini started out creating blown glass-based lighting. They eventually expanded into other materials (the first being the Havana in 1993), and moved in 1994 to the Marcon area of Venice, into a building that reflected the modern aesthetic of their contemporary lighting. Success led to brand stability and swiftly growing name recognition.
