Comments about Tubes LED 3 Pendant
Matte and white finish all look great (sometimes white will look cheap). It doesn't give off a ton of light, so great for a smaller table or pair it for a larger table or island.
beautiful style
Tubes 3 is such a beautiful fixture and provides a lot of light in 3 directions. Very bright and adequate to use in kitchen over counter for tasks. I received it within a week, but it had no protective padding in the box. Thankfully it didn't get dented, etc. Beware...this is the 3rd time in which I've bought expensive fixtures from Lumens and had issues with their false descriptions. At the least they are misleading. This fixture is not touch sensitive to dim. Apparently you need a TRIAC dimmer, which it did not state on Lumens when I purchased mine...hopefully they correct it. When I called Nemo they directed me to their NemoUSA website and the technical specs call for a TRIAC. I cannot use TRIAC with my system. As costly as it is you'd think the workmanship would be perfect, but there were a couple of flaws. The painting is flawless and solidly made, but one of the diffusers was not up in the tube as were the other tubes. We were able to push it up with force. Also on one of the canopies the mechanism attaching to the ceiling (plastic/metal) was broken, but my husband was able to figure a way to make it work. I have purchased a $1000 fixture from Lumens to have it arrived chipped up, tangled and had clearly been installed. I ordered a $2000 fixture and bought the ELV dimmer it called for, and it didn't function properly when installed. I called the manufacturer in Spain and they said I needed different wiring and different dimmer. So if you love the Lumens designs, as I do, just be sure to thoroughly investigate through the manufacturing company before you buy it and when you receive it. Disclosure....two of these times they offered me store credits. It is at least something, but didn't make up for the frustration.
