Inspired by a woman’s hair tress, fiberglass and resin tape are woven in a pitch pattern to create the orderly tangles of the Foscarini Tress Grande LED Floor Lamp. Emitting diffused and indirect light, the LED light source shoots upward from the base and through the woven negative space of the shade. Foscarini

Founded on the Murano island in Venice, Italy in 1981, Foscarini started out creating blown glass-based lighting.
