- Dust regularly with a soft, lint-free cloth. Use a slightly damp soft cloth to clean surface, follow with a dry, soft, lint-free cloth. Do not saturate wood. Do not use commercial, heavy-duty polishes or waxes, as they can alter finishes. Use non-absorbent coasters to protect surface. See FAQ for wood for additional care instruction. Wipe metal occasionally with a soft, damp, lint-free cloth. Finish with a dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive fabrics. To clean alabaster gently sweep away dust and debris with a dry clean soft brush. Use care since alabaster has a soft porous surface and can be easily scratched or stained.

Parcel Return
Most items can be returned within 30 days (90 days for Lumens Trade members). All returns must be in new, uninstalled condition with original packaging. Some items have exceptions to our standard return policy.
