The rug is beautiful and fits my space perfectly. I purchased same rug and pad in smaller size on 10/1 and returned both 10/7. I did receive an email from Hom confirming this. As of this morning 11/1 my credit card has not been credited for this return. I just spoke with Jenna in your Plymouth Customer Service department. She shows this was credited but because your accounting department is closed til Monday she is unable to straighten this out.. My credit bill is due in 3 days and this transaction is on it. I will be contacting them now to put a hold on this charge. Very disappointed in Hom.
