I am a longtime Lumens customer, but I ordered 3 of these lights and all 3 came totally damaged. The wire frame was either detached or partially detached on all 3. It has been almost 2 weeks, 4 phone calls with 6 reps and 2 email responses with photos of the damage, and I am still getting stupid emails asking me to confirm how many lights were damaged. It is infuriating and Lumens is going to lose a longtime customer very soon if they are not replaced immediately.

Flushmount Drum lights can be tricky to hang/mount where they are flush with the ceiling. There often is one area that gapes, including if the material is cheap light can also shine through. This Textile Classic Drum light in cream, mounted flush and the material was solid. Note that they all have a seam which you just have to decide where it will get least amount of view when hanging (facing corner of a room). In summary, there are way more expensive options $300+ (one of which we ordered) but the materials appear the same. We would have skipped the more expensive one had we ordered these first.

Two UCLA students got together for a ceramics project in 1985, and it didn't take them long to realize the potential they had in the ceramics lighting market niche. Justice Design Group was born not long after and quickly became the largest ceramics lighting manufacturer in the United States. The friends sold the company to Bruce Levin in the 1990s, but Justice lighting fixtures are still handcrafted and painted in Los Angeles, California, holding true to the students' educational roots.
