Coming back for more!
As I anticipated in my previous review of the four-light bar, I'm a repeat customer. It's so great that we bought the two-light version for the en suite too! The quality is consistent with my previous review (e.g., substantial steel construction, easy installation, and a sleek modern aesthetic). This version is smaller but has the perfect amount of light output for a half bathroom. I used 400 lumen, 5000 K LEDs for the two light bulbs in the E12 sockets. It paired well with the Ramata flush mount by Eurofase.

Might Makes Right
Less than a month ago I installed this four-light bar for my bathroom. I was replacing the medicine cabinet (a rusted antique that replaced a recessed one after the 1960s, three decades before I bought the house) and vanity lights (a fixture from the 1980s) in my main bathroom. I needed a new lighting fixture that would complement the Kohler K-99893-NA I purchased. This one by Sea Gull Lighting satisfied that aesthetic requirement. The Syll Bath Bar is of strong steel construction. It is not flimsy like the ones you can find at many big box hardware stores. Installation was simple despite the old electrical box in my house. Instructions were clear and legible. The outer box of the fixture that mounts to the wall plate is made of fairly thick sheet metal. The finish is brushed and minimal like the contemporary, modern design of the fixture. The glass plate (with a transparent borders) mutes the glare of the four light bulbs (I am using 5000 K LED bulbs in the E12 sockets) yet diffuses the light throughout the room with desirable homogeneity. The mounts for the glass are also substantial and of an attractive brushed finish. All together, it is the right fight for my bathroom. I am pleased with this product and would buy more like it in the future.
