Bought as a pendant light over a casual banquette eating area. I bought the largest size (XL Medium) and it's very cool. Fits our MCM aesthetic with a bit of whimsy. It is a large light, though--if you were thinking of this for a kitchen island with 2-3 pendants, I would consider a smaller size unless you have really high ceilings and lots of open space. Fixture is light, not heavy.

Pablo Designs

Born in Venezuela, Pablo Pardo came to the US in the early 1980s and stayed. After getting his degree in industrial design from the University of Cincinnati in 1986, he designed for companies ranging from Fisher Price to Daimler Chrysler before settling in San Francisco. There he founded Pablo Designs in 1993, a lighting company specializing in refined designs that reinterpret light in its many forms.
