Buyer beware
NOTE - I bought the Sunday Sofa with Chaise directly through BluDot. Immediately upon taking delivery, the sofa started to shed feathers through the outer fabric. The feathers seem to be coming through the inner inserts, and then poking through the outer upholstery. I assumed this was just some initial shedding, the same way a carpet sheds. However, two years later and the problem just keeps getting more pronounced. Worse, the stalk of the feathers come through first, which are prickly. I have email BluDot and they say this is to be expected with a down feather sofa. Funny, I don't have this problem with our down comforters, nor have I heard of this problem with other down sofas. It seems to me a material flaw with the covers on the cushion inserts. Buyer beware.
