Comments about STAY Outdoor Daybed

Does not recline (adjustably), it is essentially a bean bag with a cheap plastic bar that holds it up. Adding insult to injury, customer service is non responsive. I am attempting to return it and followed the steps on their website which indicate that a return shipping label will be sent - it hasn't and CS does not respond at all.
