The Sparky Basket from Lorena Canals is low and elongated, echoing the shape of a Dachshund in a boxy basket form. A cotton head with an embroidered snout sits at one end, with hand-knotted eyes set above it, while four pom-poms stand in for the dog's short legs and tail. Made from a braid of cotton and recycled polyester fibers, the body keeps its shape with help from a central cord, and a small toy bone hangs from the label.
