The Sorra Chandelier from Metropolitan Lighting suspends an arrangement of brass-finished steel arms from a central rod, each branch arching outward and downward, studded with small spherical glass buds and flat glass leaves. The overall form fans wide at the base, with the branches filling out the lower portion of the fixture in a loose, organic spread. Ambient light filters through the glass elements across the entire composition rather than from a single source point. The steel-and-glass construction is paired with a dimmable control, allowing the fixture’s output to be adjusted as needed.
