Poor quality control.
Rated 2 out of 5 stars
The pendant came defected with one of the LEDs not working! It also has couple of black stains and couple of tiny thread pulls on the fabric. It's so frustrating for this pricy pendant and after waiting for more than 5 weeks to receive the it defected.
After a week of waiting since I reached out to Lumens immediately regarding the issue, they are still working on shipping the replacement.
