We had an issue with noise at higher speeds almost immediately, and needed to have our installer come back out to put in a new receptor (which is why I gave it 4-star), but it was very easy to get customer help on the phone to address the issue for the new fan.

I really liked this unit and it works great. Easy to install and operate. I ordered a second on with the built in wall control for the living room. The light is not bad, much better than our last fan.
