My electrician installed these but before leaving he shared with me that he was concerned they would fall out because they don't screw into anything, they only clip into place with two small clips and the light itself is heavy. Sure enough, a few days later, this light fell out and 1 of the 2 clips broke. Lumens says they can't acccept a return because the fixture was installed. They contacted the manufacturer who wanted pictures, which I sent, and then then I just got word a week later stating I would need to return the light in the original package for a refund. It's been 2 weeks and I don't store old light boxes, so those are long gone. So basically this is a loss. Don't buy this light.

I love the way it looks in my shower. It's exactly wat I was looking for, moder, clean, low profile, white dimmable. The dimmability is not amazing but sufficient.
Lumen customer service is great, this product less so.
