The Silo 1 LED Table Lamp from Roll & Hill, designed by Christopher Merchant, features a short cylindrical base with closely spaced vertical ridges and a raw, almost geological texture. Their irregular edges give the base a rougher, more organic quality than the geometry initially suggests. A wide, gently sloping ceramic shade sits above, its surface carrying the tonal variation that comes naturally from working with clay by hand, with brass hardware adding a small point of warmth between the two.
