Handsome profile
Easy to assemble, but lamp does wobble when turning it on or off with the pull chain before it straightens itself after a few seconds. Because of the lamp's white, translucent shade, brightness for reading gives glare to a room; lessening brightness for softer ambience reduces lamp's effectiveness as a reading lamp; difficult to strike a pleasing balance. Straightforward, minimal and modernist in design, it is good looking, contemporary—overall, a good value at its price.
