Super comfortable, easy to put together, and well-designed. I recommend this chair to anyone who wants a lighter-weight, attractive, and ergonomically smart chair at a lower price.
Well designed task chair

Overall the chair is very solid, even though it's fairly light weight. The back mesh isn't super flexible, so there's plenty of support even without the lumbar option. The seat itself is a fairly course but high quality fabric. The arms are plastic (no fabric), but they're a little flexible, and the front of the armrest is rubbery enough to flex a little, which may help a bit if you tend to rest your wrists on them. This isn't the kind of chair you'd want to get for relaxing in so much...it's very comfortable, but it's really designed to be a work chair. If you're looking for something to tilt back and watch videos or movies on for hours, I'd think about a different model. But for computer work or similar applications, this chair is a champ.
Nothing better at this price

At work I use an Aeron and Steelcase Jersey, and I wanted a new chair for my home office that had a smaller profile and didn't feel like too much of an office chair. I decided on the Sayl because the price is right, and I wanted something where form meets function. This chair is great, it wraps around your body without feeling too small, and has a small form factor compared to Herman Miller's other chairs. Whenever people come over they want to sit in it. So far I forget I'm in it when I'm at home, and as far as I'm concerned thats the #1 reason to have a nice office chair. One con is the arm supports feel small, but do have a sturdy build to the. When you recline back they also move with the recline which can feel awkward when I lean back and ponder what the heck I'm trying to do.
Perfect form factor and price

I work on Aeron's at my office, but recently have been working more at home, and this chair was the perfect addition to my apartment. It looks great, and doesn't look like some foreign space chair in my apt. It meets the look of modern meets functionality. My only gripe is when you lean back the arm rests go up also, unlike other chairs. For the price, you get Herman Miller's 12 year warranty as well as a great chair. Definitely worth it.
The best chair I've owned.

I have to sit for long periods, this chair comfortably curves into my back and makes the hours in front of the computer much easier.
