Easy ordering , delivery was quick without a hitch. Assembly simile. Nice office chair. There were too many options to sort thru. Like buying a stripped car and adding all the things you think you will need. Since i do not spend extended time at this desk, I did not choose options for arms.

Exactly as what I have ordered, the chair arrives perfectly. Although not as fancy as the Aeron, I like the reasonable price and attractive color combination you can order from Herman Miller.

This is one of the best purchases in my last few months. The chair fits wonderful to many different styles of furniture. Can be used in all kind of office space.
