- If smooth imitation leather is soiled, it can be cleaned with a cloth moistened with lukewarm water. Avoid using abrasive or chemical cleaning agents, as these can permanently damage the surface. After cleaning, the surface should be thoroughly wiped dry with a cloth. For suede imitations, use a fine brush to carefully brush out any dirt. For coarser soiling, the material can be cleaned with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive or chemical cleaning agents and do not use too much water as this can damage the material.

Parcel Return
Most items can be returned within 30 days (90 days for Lumens Trade members). All returns must be in new, uninstalled condition with original packaging. Some items have exceptions to our standard return policy.
