This lamp is lovely but arrived inoperable (non functioning on/off switch.) After 3 calls to different tech support numbers they determined to send me a new lamp, which I have not yet received. This is my second major purchase from Lumens where the manufacturer royally messed up and it took multiple support interactions to finally receive operable, correct lights. Re: the lamp itself, the electric cord runs directly from the bulb base, not through the lamp body in any way. I think this looks messy for a very expensive lamp. But I like the alabaster base.

I placed this lamp on the end of my console table in the hallway and it's just perfect! It's a very well made lamp and well worth the price.

Unique design worthy of any room, substantial weight and proportions. Beautiful, fine quality finish, and favorite feature, hard to find, is the dimmer at the switch, so great for getting the light "just right" for your mood ! A piece of art, really.

I'm so pleased with these lamps I purchased for my bedside tables. They are well-made and uniquely designed. There's a dimmer feature that's nicer than a 3-way bulb. Highly recommend!

I bought the alabaster ring form table lamp and its structure is just exquisite! I have to admit that at this price point, I was quite disappointed in the shade, paper, and not nearly the same quality as the base. Be prepared for the visual of the french wire as well, not the clean look you see in the photo without the cord.
