Our new "Ring" doorbell chime is absolutely perfect! I love its simplicity, and it's very well made. It's a huge upgrade from the cheesy old 1970's plastic chime that came with our house!

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

Good looking door chime

Purchased in black and love the look of this door chime. It's not very loud, though, and, as another reviewer mentioned, is probably best for a smaller home or placed in an area where you're likely to hear it. I don't have a particularly large home, and I can't hear it from the other side of the house. It is pretty, though, and reasonably priced.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

Spore

Lamenting the lack of stylish modern doorbells available on the market, Ted Pierson and his business partner, Tom Gordon, founded Spore Doorbells in Seattle, WA, in 1997. Their focus in the design of their doorbells was simplicity and ease of use. Their first doorbell design, Square, fulfilled such goals with its clean shape and LED illuminated resin push button, and set the stage for the various Spore doorbell designs to come.
