Comments about Renzo Pendant
It is a nice chandelier. My main complain is with the crystals that are hanging in the rings are not sturdy, they come off easily and are difficult to install. You try to hang one crystal back then with slight touch of hand the adjacent comes off and so on. Several crystals came off while hanging —-fell on floor and chipped. The new unit has some sticky wrap around rings/crystal it is vey difficult to remove the sticky wrap and as you remove the wrap crystals keep coming off. The middle ring is worse has two rows of crystals and were hanging loose, very difficult to hang crystals back. The manufacturer should pay attention how these crystals are hanging and how they can be made more durable. The sticky wrap around the rings should be improved so it comes off easily and doesn't pull the crystals off as removed.

Savoy House
Savoy House's story is a remarkable journey of innovation and tradition, rooted in the 1930s in Georgia. It all began when Robert E. Lee (not the military leader) made a spontaneous decision to jump on a train, ending up in East Point, Georgia. He spent his last dime at a grocery store and bakery, not knowing that these locations would later become the cradle of Savoy House, Inc., established in 1965. Initially a lighting showroom in Atlanta, founded by Robert and his son, Savoy House evolved from importing fixtures and assembling them in-house to becoming a renowned name in the lighting industry. Now based in Duluth, Georgia, the company has expanded into an extensive network, offering a vast array of lighting solutions through its distinct brands.
