Ray Booth is an American interior, lighting and furniture designer. An Alabama native, Booth began his career with McAlpine, an architecture and interior design firm with offices in Nashville and New York. A partner at McAlpine for over 20 years, Ray Booth is the founder of Ray Booth Design. He has lighting and furniture collections with Arteriors and Visual Comfort. His design philosophy incorporates historical references in modern shapes and brings refined forms and detailing to classical design. He was named an AD 100 designer by Architectural Digest and has been featured in publications such as Veranda, House Beautiful and Hamptons Cottage & Gardens.
