Random II Pendant Light

We absolutely love this light in our new home. We highly recommend this light!

We contemplated this purchase for many months and researched a lot of fixtures. I even made a prototype of the Random light to see how it would look in our space. At last we pulled the trigger on the purchase and are very happy with it. The fixture arrived promptly and in perfect shape. The installation was easy because of prior experience; instructions not particularly helpful. We love how the fixture balances volume with lightness in our dining room area with 10 ft ceilings. Against the backdrop of the trees, the fiber shell takes on the quality of a bird's nest.

This light is spectacular. Such a cool piece above a modern wood dining table. With the right bulb in it, it glows with crisp, smooth light.

My black random light came with chrome parts instead of black parts as shown in the photo. The parts I'm talking about are the socket and socket bar that fit inside the black ball, and the canopy that lays flat on the ceiling and covers the light box. While the chrome looks nice with the white random light, it looks garish and detracts from the beauty of the black light. And now I'm stuck with it, which is totally depressing since it was an expensive light.

This light is such a beautiful statement in any space. We used it in a great hall that lead into our living room and used them in the living room too. They are pretty during the day and glow at night. Great buy!
