The Ramus Chandelier from Minka-Lavery is built from a dense spray of slender metal stems that radiate outward from a central bundle, each stem tipped with a small natural stone fragment. The stones vary subtly in form and translucency, so the full spread of the fixture has an organic, irregular quality that no two units will replicate exactly. The stems fan out at varying heights and angles, giving the composition a loose, naturalistic structure. A link chain and round canopy keep the ceiling connection minimal above the expressive body below.

Minka-Lavery was established in 1982 by Bill and Marian Tang as the decorative lighting division of the Minka Group, based out of Corona, CA. The duo's tactic in giving Minka-Lavery light fixtures their sense of luxury was to take inspiration from past design styles whenever possible and re-introduce them in new forms.
