Downrods are downrods... Except when they're not
Yes, it's just a downrod, but I needed to change mine out three different times because I kept ordering the wrong size. My point is, the folks from Lumens were patient and generous with my mistake every time I made it. That's what customer service is all about.

Quorum International started in 1981 by the Davis family to be a ceiling fan company. They moved into the lighting industry a few years later and continue to market their products to showrooms around the country. Based out of Fort Worth, Texas, Quorum is still owned by the Davis family and is the parent company of three other lighting divisions.
