QB2 LED Wall Sconce

I exhausted my search for a sconce for our stairwell that would blend into the wall and look good from all angles. This one is great! No visible diodes from any angle and puts off great light. We do have a delay when turning on the light fixture, but likely due to not using an ELV dimmer as they recommend.

I bought these sconces. Long PAUSE when turning on the light. Several seconds. But needed an ELV dimmer. Bought the ELV (~$100). Installed it. Yup: still LONG PAUSE when turning on lights. Cannot return them in spite of "generous return policy." Stuck with expensive lights that delay. Never again.

I bought this to replace a wall sconce in a hallway. (Two of them, in fact). The Good 1. Sleek design and slim profile The Bad 1. Huge (5 second) delay between turning on the light switch and when the light comes on. The only way to correct this delay is to swap out the light switch for an EVL dimmer which is suited to low voltage lighting. But that's another expensive item and another call to the electrician. :( Of course, I didn't know about or have any idea about the delay until I paid the electrician to install the light. Too late to return ("Returns require original packaging."). Regret buying it. An expensive mistake. I would not recommend it. Nor would I buy it again.
