The Purelight Pendant from Minka-Lavery is defined by the transition between its two main components: a broad, flared metal upper shade that curves inward at the neck before widening again, and a frosted glass dome that attaches below via a bolted metal band. The upper metal form draws from industrial-era pendant shapes, while the frosted glass base softens the profile and diffuses light downward and outward. Small rivets and a louvered ring at the neck add detail to the metal section, giving the hardware an intentional, crafted character beyond purely functional fastening.
