The unit had apparently been returned-it was loose in the packaging and had a couple of scratches on it, but they're not apparent from a distance.

The mounting hardware came with pieces that attach it to a standard aluminum frame along with other screws and a bracket for wood. I recommend this lamp for the price and quality.
