Comments about Presto Ceiling Fan
This company is difficult to work with when it comes to cancellations. You give them enough time to cancel the item, they "cancel" it, and they don't. Then, they make you return it. They promise the sun, the moon, and the stars and literally do not deliver, but instead deliver the product and tell you to return. Like, so many "promises" but such little follow through. Like, I canceled within hours of placing an order and still was following DAYS to have it not shipped.

Ok fan - will do for now

I purchased this fan for my 1960 home hoping it would fit the mcm vibe. It was easy to install and works for now but we will probably purchase something different in the future. Our biggest complaint is the hum it makes and also the lowest setting is not very low. Living in tx we use our fans a lot and most times we just need a little air movement vs a breeze. Because there is no low setting this fan stays off most of the time.

Exactly what I wanted!

This can has the exact aesthetic I was looking for in my son's room, but it could be used anywhere. The price is such a bonus - I might order another one!
Sleek and super quiet!

Hunter Fans
In 1886, the foundation for Hunter Fans was laid when John Hunter and his son, John C. Hunter, engineered the first water-driven ceiling fan for Tuerk Water Meter Co. in Syracuse, NY. By 1896, they had acquired Tuerk company, transforming it into the Hunter Fan & Motor Co. and launching the AC-powered Tuerk Type A fan in Fulton, NY. Over the years, Hunter expanded its product line to include oscillating desk fans, pedestal fans, attic fans, air conditioning units, air purifiers, humidifiers and even decorative lighting.
