Wonton Single Arm Wall Swinger Lamp

I really like this wall sconce, functions great, looks good. Nice shape and colour shade. Quality light.

The richness of the wood wall plate tied in the antiques in the room. The bronze metal arms are strong, not wimpy like some other companies. Plus, the switch had a dimmer on it-perfect for those that may want some atmosphere lighting. Highly recommend the Wonton wall sconces & would easily suggest these to other clients.

The light fixtures have a tasteful modern style. Really like the dimmer switch. We ordered two, one of them the dimmer switch knob doesn't fit over the switch just right so it doesn't operate the switch. Hopefully some glue will fix that. The other fixture has some structural issues. Doesn't fit together tightly. This will take more extensive attention.

I am a huge fan of Robert Abbey lighting and have many lights in my house from them. The Wonton swing arm wall lamp is a great looking light but I could not get the shade level no matter what I did. I finally realized that the harp which is unique to this light was faulty and the side pieces were welded at different levels making it impossible to level the shade. I contacted Robert Abbey and they are sending a new harp so hopefully that will resolve the problem. This specific problem is a quality control issue, the lamp is made in China.

I ordered a pair of these scones, they are sleek and simple, refined and not too oriental despite their name. They are also not overly large and won't knock someone out if they are passing by. I am using over a sofa for a reading light, couldn't be happier!!
